Cancellation Policy
Life happens…only all the time. We make plans….God laughs!
When emergency circumstances arise, we must of course respond accordingly. In an emergency please don’t concern yourself with these policies. Short of an emergency, please consider the following guidelines.
In the case of all cancelations please text me directly at 805.252.6716
Due to the nature of this work, which requires dedicated preparation; it is very difficult to fill short-term cancellations.
Cancellations with more than 4 weeks notice; you will receive a full refund.
Cancelations within 4 weeks you will be charged 50% of the full rate, unless I can fill the slot, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Missed appointments you will be charged at the full rate.
Cancelation protocol in Paperbell: go to https://app.paperbell.com/customer/purchases and click on the name of the subscription you want to cancel to find cancellation options. If you're on a payment plan or subscription, you will have to contact myself, first, so that I can cancel your appointment.
