We make plans….God laughs!
When emergency circumstances arise, we must of course respond accordingly. In an emergency please don’t concern yourself with these policies. Short of an emergency, please consider these guidelines.
In the case of all cancellations please text me directly at 805.252.6716
If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice you will be issued a full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate, unless I can fill the time slot.
Missed appointments you will be charged at the full rate.

If you're on a payment plan or subscription, you will have to contact myself, first, so that I can cancel your appointment.
